There was a time when I just felt heavy & foggy-brained like the world was just something to endure and trudge through. I wanted to hide away and just not exist. I had so many ideas bubbling inside my head and I knew I wanted to be making a stronger impact, I was craving a sense of magic, vibrancy, and connection with the world around me. I knew I was ready for change. I just didn't know exactly what change was needed.

I started exploring and discovering, spending years trying to figure out what I was missing, and what was wrong with me. I was desperately searching for what I needed to fix about myself - what I needed to change about myself,

in order to finally feel confident, fulfilled, and happy,

to finally feel like life was worth living.

What I finally realized was that my true self was perfect just as I was - at the weight I was at, in all my singleness, and even in the confused stage of life I was in.

I WAS NEVER BROKEN

But I had spent years "fixing and gluing" things onto my perfect self in an attempt to fix what was never broken, to begin with!

Only as I began to remove all that I'd glued on in an attempt to fix what I thought was broken did my own inner light begin to shine with a magnetic glow and radiance that I began to effortlessly embody and exude.

I finally stopped backtracking and started moving towards a life of joy, realized purpose, and powerful and loving connections and relationships. Only when I just f*cking started accepting myself, listening to my body, and trusting my own intuition, did the weight of all those expectations, masks, and pretenses

stop holding me back.
